Terms of Service

1. The Service

WeZoom provides tools to build, analyze, and optimize resumes and cover letters, and to discover job listings aggregated from public sources. The ATS scores and suggestions are guidance to help you improve your documents; we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that any particular applicant-tracking system will parse your resume in a specific way.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant WeZoom a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any information you include.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

• The Free plan includes a limited number of resumes. Paid plans (Pro, Lifetime) unlock additional capacity and features as described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. To request a refund, contact support@wezoom.app.
• Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout; applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are handled by our payment processor.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access other users' data, scraping or overloading the Service, reselling it without permission, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party job listings

Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and provided "as is." We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any posting or employer. Apply at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeZoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
